1. Chris Glen- This user has been very active about making his ToonsTunes blog. We love the enthusiasm and good luck with meeting the promoter requirements!

To get 'em, you gotta play platman, which is located in Krater Karaoke. I figured out that if you reach those Levels now then you won't have to play that platy thing anymore .
